By accessing or using Haraya Estates (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Haraya Estates Is

Haraya Estates is an online listing platform that allows users to browse, submit, and review property listings for sale or rent in Cebu, Philippines. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. We do not verify property ownership, title, condition, or the accuracy of any listing, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any transaction arranged through contact information found on the Service.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to submit a listing, save properties, or leave a review. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, including your contact phone number and email address.

4. Submitting Listings

When you submit a property listing, you confirm that you have the right to list the property and that the information and photos you provide are accurate and not misleading. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it becomes publicly visible, and we may approve, reject, or later remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these Terms.

The contact name, phone number, and email address you provide on a listing are displayed publicly to anyone viewing that listing, including visitors who are not logged in.

5. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. You may not post reviews for properties you own or manage, fake reviews, or reviews containing harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content. We may remove any review that violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, fraudulent, or misleading listings or reviews
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Scrape, copy, or resell listing data without permission
• Upload photos or content you do not have the right to use

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, review, or user content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haraya Estates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between users arising from listings or transactions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for any conduct we believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
